3. Ocean safe sunscreen đ
One area worth splurging on: sunscreen.
Weâre loving this Le Rub sunscreen, which uses mineral filters combined with antioxidant-rich natural ingredients and vitamin D. Inspired by a love for the Mediterranean, it protects your skin whilst also protecting the ocean with its coral safe ingredients. And the nice packaging is just the cherry on top!Â
Good for you and the planet.

4. Approachable tips to mindfulness and possibly a happier life?
Why weâre loving it: Journalist Dan Harris explores meditation and mindfulness with a sense of humor and practicality. Perfect for anyone curious about how mindfulness can fit into a busy life.
5. Ever wondered how to live to 100?Â
Speaking of Blue Zones; If you want to dive a bit deeper into what all the fuss is about but isn't the podcast type, thereâs a Netflix documentary series for you to binge.
A short summary; Blue Zones are regions where people live significantly longer and healthier lives. The common denominators? A plant-based diet, regular physical activity, strong social connections, and a sense of purpose.
